•  Will be assigned to solar energy (PV) projects for our group company operating in the fields of solar energy production, installation, and project planning within the energy sector.
• Graduated from relevant engineering departments of universities (Electrical, Construction, Mechanical, etc.).
• Experience in assembly, testing, and evaluation in solar energy projects or in the electrical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HV/MV facilities.
• Preferably, previous involvement in Roof and/or Ground Solar Energy System (PV) projects.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and team collaboration.
• Capable of conducting surveys, on-site inspections, and reporting on results.
• Knowledgeable in PLC & SCADA & Protection Relays.
• Familiar with basic product and production technologies in the solar energy sector.
• Actively involved in the development, implementation, and commissioning of Solar PV energy (PV) projects.
• Capable of conducting technical fieldwork related to Solar Energy systems.
• Able to perform on-site surveys and field tests.
• Capable of reading project plans, implementing them in the field, and managing implementation teams.
• Proficient in detailed reporting and able to take part in out-of-town construction sites; applications from candidates without travel restrictions are welcome.

We are looking for a Solar PV Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our company, which provides turnkey services in the Solar Energy sector.

Job Description and Qualifications:

•  Graduated from high schools with a focus on Electrical-Electronics or from universities with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Capable of performing tasks such as Solar Panel Installation, Cable Tray Systems, cable pulling, cable termination, panel assembly, inverter suspension, and cable connections, connector assembly.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Solar Energy sector.
• Experienced in the operation and maintenance of Solar PV fields.
• Organizational skills to manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of our solar energy plants.
• Technical knowledge and skills to identify and resolve faults.
• Field and construction site experience in Solar PV installations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems related to electrical systems, with analytical thinking.
• Proficient in the use of electrical measurement tools.
• Active involvement in the preparation and implementation of planned and periodic maintenance plans.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordination with upper management for intervention in faults.
• Holds an EKAT certificate and has worked in solar energy fields.
• Experienced in on-site assembly, maintenance, repair, subcontractor management, and, if necessary, establishing a local team.
• Capable of reading AutoCAD and EPLAN projects.
